I’ve been taking my kids here since 2019. NP’s and Dr’s are great. However front desk receptionist lacks customer service. Today 2/9/26, lady at the desk just staring at the computer the entire time, no greetings or anything and just said we’ll call you. Front desk receptionist at the Sick Visits department across the Well Visit area same has no Customer Service.
Beware of woman with red glasses; Hawkins does not seem to be tactful for people coming into the night clinic as we were told to go to the urgent clinic. I can only assume that she did not want to handle are needs nor let us wait til reopening at 6 p.m. Getting out of work, then coming to that would make anyone quick to anger.
I gave it three stars because trying to get paperwork signed by a doctor in a timely fashion is like pulling teeth at this place. However the medical care is excellent and they have you in and out in good time
