worse place ever they don't care about your kids . my kids doc is doc green he doesn't even touch them he stands back and just assumes what something might be . And the other day my daughter was running fever I called and they said it wasn't high enough to be seen three days later my daughter still sick with diarrhea and throwing up im trying to just deal w it at home . bc don't get me started on jrmc don't want to take her there they need to have more options of doc for kids . children's clinic pa the staff is rude one chic... read more
My son’s Doctor which is Dr. Mays is awesome but that front desk lady is HORRIBLE! I was in there Tuesday and she scheduled me for 8/24/18 then I get there to check in and she says oh its 9-24-18...I said nooo you said today! Then she tries to blame it on her co-worker! I told her NO it was you I made my appointment here in the office then she had an attitude! Never apologized or anything just horrible customer service! If it wasn’t for Dr. Mays I would go elsewhere. The stuff runs people away with their horrible attitudes.
We use any Dr within the facility EXCEPT DR GREEN!! We had a few bad experiences with him 5 years ago and I will not trust him again. However, all the other staff have always been sweet and respectful towards me and both of my kids!!! We love the APRN, Shanda!! Prefer her over anyone else!!
Children's Clinic is a good place for my Kay pooh...
Dr.Mays is Awesome...she's been caring for my Ky'lah Nichole since July 2011...so happy to have a doctor amazing as her
