LOVE Dr. Fain. The staff was very nice and welcoming. He is extremely understanding of what you want for your child and doesn’t push you to do things for ur baby if you don’t want something done to them (vaccinations)etc. He is a very nice man and was very sweet to my little boy the first time we went to his office! Totally recommend anyone who wants a good pediatrician to go to him!!!
We’ve used Dr. Fain for years. He’s professional and kind. Spends as much time as necessary to explain things and ask questions and let’s you ask questions. He’s not quick to write a ton of unnecessary prescriptions or run unnecessary test. He listens and he cares. He’s a great doctor!
Best pediatrician around. Great with the children and parents.
Do not bring your children here if you are a minority. Called this place and spoke to Sally. Sally has terrible customer service skills, the only information she wanted was insurance information. They don't care about children here. They are just after the MONEY. It's a shame!
