Appointment times don't mean anything you'll wait over a hour after your appointment time even if your early to check in Dr is awsome though
We love our doctor and everything but these front desk people need to do their job and learn how to answer the phone. Called 4 different times. Gas is expensive I don’t want to have to go to the clinic just to make an appointment everytime because they don’t know how to answer the phone.
4 stars because our service has always been great. But what in the world does it take for these receptionists to pick up the phone?
I'm so disappointed right now and I think it's mostly because nothing can be done now. I messaged my son's pcp yesterday about some symptoms he's been having. Her nurse responded instead and told me she would be in the clinic today (1/17/26) and she would schedule me an appointment with her for 9am. My mama heart was happy because he has the best pcp and it's sometimes hard to get an appointment with her. Appointment was scheduled for 9am. We live an hour away, so we were up early and on time. Just took my baby here for an 11:50am appointment and left at 12:50pm without service after sitting in a mostly empty building for an hour. If your time is valuable consider other options. If not, enjoy the wait.
