We love Dr. Amy and Dr. David, but the reception staff is condescending. If it weren't for the caring and practical doctors, we would go elsewhere.
So thankful for this place! We needed a second opinion on my newborn's problem keeping his food down. Dr. David didn't waste any time and sent us for the ultrasound that found his pyloric stenosis. They set everything up and sent us immediately to Vanderbilt! Our appointment with TCC was at 2:30 on Friday and we were at Vandy by 8pm! Vandy found him already some dehydrated, we underwent surgery and they had us back home by Sunday.
I called to get an appointment and the receptionist was rude. Id expect better when upon calling I stated that I was referred by another patient at the clinic. As my children's pediatrician is closing, I am searching for quality service. Its sad that in this area we're lacking pediatricians, and that the staff at these clinics dont have the skills to work with the public. Always get seen when needed with no hassle and everyone is always extremely nice and we love Dr David!
