in October my 13 yr old son passed away. I had an appointment in November I had to reschedule. I didn't know when I was going to be able to get in for my 4 other children. I had put in the back of my mind needing to make an appointment but never did. Today I received a deepest sympathy card signed by all the staff, I am in tears. I will be calling to schedule my children tomorrow.
The staff is always kind, caring, full of joy, and helpful. Thank you from the Brewer family!
Dr. Neilson is so wonderful with my kids. I am blown away at his patience and thoroughness during exams. I wasn't even sure going in how you give a toddler or I month old an exam. I was very impressed. The ladies behind the desk are so lovely and my kids actually enjoy going there to see them.
Extremely thorough with the entire appointment. this appointment was the best one we've had in the 4 years of going to an eye doctor for my 7 year old. explained al the options of lenses and how they work as well as all the results from tests. highly recommend for price and care from staff
It has been almost 3 years since we first came to Dr. Nielson who helped us recognize my daughter's vision issues and related learning disabilities. She was 7 at the time and could not remember all the letters of her alphabet enough to use the letter chart during her exam. Today she sits and reads a book to another patient while waiting her turn. I am so thankful that Dr. Nielson helped us figure out where we could best help her. Thank you #childrensclearvision
My son was born with eye problems and we have been in and out of many optometrist offices in the last 10 years. We were driving 3 hours to see specialists until I decided trying to find somewhere closer to home. Today was ours first time @ an eye doctor and we all had an awesome experience.
Dr. Nielsen is the best OD I have ever met. He's so thorough. The staff is Pleasant, professional, and always smiling. They are great about explaining things to you in terms you can understand. Financial options are amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
