Best doctor ever! Convenient times and doesn't always take a visit to get treatment. Works great for our schedule!
When it was owned by Dr. Carol and Dr. Brady they were great. But late 2019 they renamed what they are now and they are impersonal and unacceptable. The new people at the desk aren’t like they used to be. They lost our appointment, left me on hold multiple times and when they finally came back they said that my kid was inactive in the system. That’s fine, just activate him then right? But I just kept getting told he’s inactive, he’s inactive. Ok...so...? Fix that situation I’m not sure what that means or why it matters to me... read more
The new front desk people are the worst. My children have been at this doctors office for over 10 years. It use to be personal and pleasant, like a family practice. I wish the merge or buy out never happen. I’ve been waiting for a call back for over a week now.
