Premier Orthodontics is now here and confusingly haven't taken down signage for Childrens Choice, the scheduling somehow was booked there even though these people thought to keep the booking for someone I said was 11 months old? I have no idea how they can't get their IT straight. I wouldn't go here for myself after such a mix up. To make matters worse Childrens Choice didn't have a booking for my child. Livid.
I booked an appointment online for my daughter. Followed all the prompts, received a confirmation and showed up on my appointment date and (early) time. Once I was there I was told I have no appointment because it was canceled due to them not having pediatric services for routine dental available at this location. A phone call/email/text informing me that my appointment was canceled would have been sufficient and prevented this waste of time.
