Best experience for my autistic child ever.
They take to long to get back to you other than that had a great experience for my daughter
The dentistry is good, but rushed and not as informative as i would hope. It was great when my son was small but now its getting ridiculous. We've had multiple trips to take care of something that should have been more efficient. It felt like billing out my insurance for the $ sake. Also the appt was scheduled for one time and got moved twice, once the morning of, by the office, to be an hour earlier, so we had to rearrange schedule to the new time and upon arrival, was told the appt was 40 min behind. It was ludicrous.
Front office staff is unfriendly and the day before my son’s appointment they tried to call to move up the time for him to come in, stating that I made an earlier appointment when I did not. I referred to the confirmation of multiple text messages that they sent me so I had to Ask for front office manager for them to accommodate my original time. On the day of our appointment, I had to resubmit all online paperwork that I originally did because they could not find it. Doctors and technicians were not very informative of work... read more
