Waited an hour to he seen. Ended up walking out. Dental staff was rude and inattentive. A child was in the individual exam room screaming for at least half an hour. Couldn't see through the door, but I heard adult men yelling at him to be quiet, lay still, and to hold him down. An absolute traumatic nightmare. Multiple other families were all waiting with their kids to be seen while staff walked around aimlessly or scrolled on computer screens. The staff needs to be more professional and organized. The room was full of children and parents and yet the staff just kept walking by saying “we’ll be right with you” and you’re literally them watching them walking around having personal conversations. Then the assistants are talking to the parents and giving information only doctors should. One child was sitting down in the xray room for about 35 minutes. This establishment is horrible and not very clean.My daughter has been coming here for almost two years,and little to nothing has been done for her.We have had nomurse of x-rays but know actual work has been done for her.Now her mouth has just gotten way worse then it was,as they have been waiting to pull teeth that aren't even a issue for her.Instead of fixing the teeth that are a problem and giving her lots of pain!SMH do better children's choice 😡😡😡.It has gotten to the point where I've had to change office's and start... read more
Today is September 4, 2026. I made an appointment through my insurance for my 8-year-old daughter. She had not been seen by a dentist since 2021. Her last visit was with Make a Smile, where she received a couple of fillings and a couple of silver crowns. Recently, she has been experiencing pain in her teeth, so we made an appointment with Children’s Choice. Her appointment was scheduled for 10:40 AM, and we checked in at 10:30 AM. Kind staff they treat my kids good. Able to help my kids Quickly. This is one of the better Dental experience experiences. I’ve had with my kids since I moved to Sacramento in eight years.
