I did not like this place. There’s 4 people sitting my in the front desk and only one lady checking people in and checking people out. Took them very long to take my son in. I would not come back here and wouldn’t recommend this office to someone else.
Long wait time. Bad communication. Very unprofessional.
Honestly, I did not like it. It started off bad with them giving me the wrong time and then had to reschedule and then we have to come back for them to only look at My Son‘s x-rays to tell me that he needs this. This is they was a little rude and just over the top like I’m gonna go somewhere else cause I really didn’t like the attention. They didn’t even seem to even knew what they were talking about a little bit. Staff was unsure how to use equipment and we spend 90 min waiting in the chair for them to clean teeth, xray and then go over results.
