Every single appointment I wait 15+ minutes past my appointment time. I can only think of one time in the 3 years I’ve been taking my child we were seen on time. Often the wait is 30+ minutes past though. I’ve heard numerous people complain each time I go about the wait time and some just straight up leave. Yesterday was the last straw as we waited an HOUR after our appointment time for orthodontic. Which isn’t the first time that’s happened! The staff are always so kind and attentive. You can tell they really care about the treatment of your child. Parking is difficult but I always just go for the street parking.
Very ,very,very,bad,2 months ago I took my son and the bracket were folding down, wires were pocking my son gum, yesterday the something, I called them they answered the phone they told me to wait and nobody answered me back ,I call back it was a lady I explained to her what happened to my son again she putting me on hold then she said that she called them and nobody answered, this is the time that I haven't heard from this place, terrible place,I won't never recommend this place.
