Someone can you tell me if this office has closed!?
What a wonderful overall experience! From the start, the office easily scheduled our visit and obtained all records from our previous doctor. They were also transparent with all financial requirements with insurance coverage, etc. Upon arrival, the woman working the desk, Joanne, was so friendly and kind, making a nerve wrecking appointment so much easier! I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Subramanyam in NJ when she saw my 1.5-year-old Daughter. She charged us $700 upfront for two tests (ECHO and EKG) without even submitting the charges to our insurance. For the ECHO test, she performed only half of it because my daughter wasn’t staying still. For the EKG test, she didn’t perform it at all, assuming it would be even harder. UPDATE!! So you called me two hrs ago to apologize but continue to respond in this manner of lying on the review?! Again I did understand that there are emergencies hence why I gave you 5 chances and again I was not called for cancellations. I have emails to prove that!! And in email was told that the doctor was sick one time with fever and she wanted to see me the next day cause she tested negative. if you didn’t want to spread it why see my child the following day???
