I called them by accident thinking it was Childrens Hospital and it was Childrens Brains instead so I told them what was going on with my daughter they said I can bring her there and said they have a great doctor that works there and he was great. They told me they accepted my in insurance and all I would have to pay is my deductibles now they are calling saying that I owe the 20,000 and threatening me that they are going to send me to collection. And they said they checked my insurance and that everything would be covered.
I love this new practice! William Sullivan their other assistant ( I didn’t get his name ) made our first visit as comfortable as possible, offered my son and I drinks, gave him toys to play with, even an iPad to watch his favorite show while we waited for Dr Yaman, Dr Yaman was great with my son, handle him with care, answered all my questions, even booked my sons appts back to back, which is what I wanted, other practices had my son waiting 5/6 months for appts!
