You always hear about the nightmare that is getting a child diagnosed, usually due to months or years long wait lists. This center is the opposite. Every staff member is kind, caring, and prompt. It sounds like a miracle but we got our official diagnosis within three months, and getting the re-evaluation was also fast (for the autism world). I can't recommend this office enough!
I can’t even begin to describe the amazing experience I have had at CAAC. Anytime I have an issue or a concern all I have to do is reach out and I know somebody will get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. From the front desk staff all the way to my child’s new provider, Dr. Brandi Smith I have been dealt nothing but kindness and compassion every step of the way. Came here twice for autism reevaluation. Both times we saw Madeline and each time was a great experience. She is kind, a great listener and very professional. I came twice in a 3-year span, so to experience such consistency means quality is importantly to them. I highly recommend this practice!
We had our toddler evaluated by Dr. Duley after being referred from our pediatrician. She was wonderful and very caring and supportive, she answered all my questions and also have me all the resources that we needed for after the autism diagnosis. The staff and structure of this office is wonderful. We called and had an initial appointments a few months out but still much quicker then CHOA or other clinics/office and they put us on their waiting list for cancellations. Dr.Madeline Auge , was really professional & empathetic. She was consistent and thorough throughout our appointments. She definitely helped me reach milestones that I’d been trying to accomplish. I’d recommend to anyone .
