The doctors are great, but one of the ladies at the front desk is very rude. Our newborn’s health card was not ready yet, and she charged us $50. When we came back, another staff member confirmed that she should not have done that and apologized on her behalf. It’s so unfortunate that I have to give 1 star because of her. Every time I come here, I worry that she will be there with her unhelpful and uncompassionate attitude.
docs are good. either go to Thrive Kids Clinic or this clinic. both offer good after hours. we should be grateful these options are available for us parents
We go to this kids clinic often and love the service and he doctors
We went in the doctor was nice, they did a good job.
It's infuriating that this is one of the only options for kids after hours- the doctor was a terrible communicator and walked out of the room several times as I was mid sentence. He barely looked at my sons symptoms before prescribing antibiotics. Was very thankful for the receptionist who helped us a lot more than the doctor did.
