Children's Advantage was technically better than the services we got before. But that doesn't excuse them from getting a lot of stars lost. The last straw was our doctor refusing to listen to me, the mom. Literally, I would have to call my ex to call the doctor because they would not listen. It led to a full blown suicide attempt during which time the doctor was completely unresponsive. Even no-call-no-showing regularly scheduled appointments or refilling prescriptions.
