Dr. Fell is wonderful, and has been our doctor for 10 years. However, the office staff, in particular the Office Manager, Wendy Sampolinski-Lemcke, and Practice Manager, Jennifer Birkey, are nothing short of criminal. My son had been with this office four the last four years and we’ve received nothing but neglect. My son is a severe asthmatic and he was given improper care here several times. He was given vaccines at improper times. They refused to allergy test my son to find out what his triggers were even after he has been admitted to the hospital several times for asthma exasperations. Unethical, unprofessional, try to bill for services not only I didn’t ask, but I also didn’t receive. Called many times and I was promised that office manager would call me back, but never did... Keep sending me bills, but nobody want to explain me what are they for. Worst customer service.
I wish I could give them one star, very arrogant staff and unprofessional, the customer service is very bad and no respect to people's time. They hung up the phone on me when I asked them to deliver my complaint to the owner. The more locations the worse the service it is getting, I complained last year to the doctor about it and they did nothing except change my kids status to inactive so I can't make more appointments. No one needs to deal with their unprofessionalism, there are many pediatric groups in the area.

I have been taking our children here for 7 years now. Each doctor has taken care of all 3 of my kids at least a handful of times. I love how they all work together. The left hand always knows what the right hand is doing in this office. Which is a great help. The staff makes you feel so comfortable, and the doctors are very gentle and care for their PT as if they were their own family. Our kids and i absolutely love Dr Voight. But like I said all the doctors are amazing here.
