The providers are great however the Front desk girl is rude(Allison), not friendly at all. Did not want to help. I may not be coming back because of her ! The medical assistant (crystal) did not seem connected working with children. Ive also have many bad encounters with unqualified medical assistant at this location.
The person at the reception and the manager are not professionals, they have bad behavior by not giving you the attention you need and a defensive attitude, they did not attend to my daughter knowing that she was sick and they did not let me see the doctor. They are bad people. Do not take your children there. The clinic has to change its staff.also they love to call cps.that manager she's so stupid to do that.
We only used this business because my daughter already established care with them prior to coming to live with me. She was under this doctors care but the communication was poor. The doctor never told me when to follow up and after he prescribed her medication I assumed to make an appointment after the medicine was complete so that we could report back if it worked. They have Multiple Clinics, and are very accommodating making appointments, most times sameday. Since the Dr.s rotate on specific days of the week, you can know what location you PCP is at.
We met Dr. Haseeb in Magnolia when we lived there. We moved to Cypress and thankfully he is at this location once a week. He is AMAZING! He’s the only pediatrician I have ever liked! He will have you laughing the whole time with your kids and actually cares about your kids. He even had a nurse call and check on my son a few days after we saw him to see how he was doing. We love him so much! I don’t like the new front desk AA lady at this location though. Everything else has always been great and short wait time!
