This place has no care for their employees. If a nurse has to work until midnight, they are required to be at work at 5:50AM. They do not schedule accordingly. Schedule appropriately so that children can have appropriate care with appropriate sleep as opposed to a new 8 hour shift starting after 4 hours of sleep and supervisors think that's not only okay, but normal. It doesn't require more staff hours, but just more effective scheding.
The pediatricians are always knowledgeable and kind, and even the women upstairs in the main entrance are always manageable and respectful that’s why I went there first. Unfortunately the heavy set lady that check people in around back with the bonnet on her head acted unpleasant and rude.
