Stop doing unnecessary surgeries on people! doctors you feel are too inexperienced to do these procedures and making bad mistakes that leave a person much worse off than they would have been. Stop having a (certain) uncaring high ranking doctor who talks mean and hateful and does exactly what you tell them not to do when you're under anesthesia and helpless, awakening to a life of pain and suffering that you should not have had. The person at the front desk struggled to run my bill through my insurance in March and decided to bill me later. I never received the bill and didn't think much about it. Last week, my mother called me to tell me they sent the bill to her and in her name and she didn't get it because she hasn't been home due to COVID.
