I am giving two stars as good faith to the actual in-the-room therapists we have worked with in the past who have done a lot to help us. They helped us with our child when they needed PT as an infant. I have been going there for over 4 years now, everyone is sweet. You can tell they will do anything to help kids grow as much as they can. I’m so sad that I’m almost 18 and won’t be able to go there anymore. Everyone’s hearts are huge.

Be aware of Children's billing practices. They claim to take Health Insurance but they bill everything as Outpatient. Thus, they charge like an ER. Your bill will be outrageous and you will be none the wiser. This must have been a change in the past few years because previously it was not this way. They come across as willing to help people but instead they are like all corporate greed hospitals. I will definitely be looking for a different Endocrinologist.

We were referred to the Woodbury location by our main provider . The scheduling process was outstanding as well as the check in once we arrived. The nursing staff was okay, although not the most patient with a 14 month old who doesn’t sit still on a scale. Not big deal there. Dr. Doan was absolutely amazing. He listened to all our concerns and explained in detail what our child’s condition could or could not be.
