Dr. Cathy Huetterman is a good physician but her staff is somewhat lacking. I didn't care for the way my child was herded in like cattle; demanded to be quiet and I was expected to hand her over when asked and asked to undress her in the waiting area when other sick children were coughing all over her even when I asked to be allowed to undress in a room and weigh her in a seperate location. Very un-professional! I changed physicians due to the staff.
I love Dr McDonough. She has been very thorough with every health issue my youngest has had through the past year- nothing serious, but Dr McDonough has been both kind and professional in taking care of her through the childhood ailments my little one seems susceptible to. She has paid attention and not made me feel like I am crazy when I know the kid is sick even when she isn't running a fever.
