We recently visited VCU Children’s Hospital, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and did a wonderful job communicating in a way that made our child feel comfortable and understood. They were thorough, attentive, and provided prompt, high-quality care from start to finish. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to our peace of mind. The Emergency Department, in particular, exceeded our expectations. We’re truly grateful for the care we received
