I 100% do not recommend this pharmacy. They lack customer service. They have mailed scripts to the wrong address even after confirming the correct address! They just don’t seem to care.
Don’t bother getting your medication filled here. So unprofessional & lack empathy for children that are fighting for their lives!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars? I would! I’m not even sure how they’re still in business.
How a world class hospital like UPMC Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh could have a company like this share their facility is beyond belief. To send patients and their families to this pharmacy at such a difficult point in their lives is not just uncaring but it is heartless. This pharmacy is not only inept, inefficient, but they lack any semblance of customer service and they do not even try to hide it. I called in prescriptions 3 days ago, called to reminded the staff yesterday that I would be in to pick them up today and then had to wait hours to recieve them. This happens far too often lately. It is a shame. Pint sized prescriptions used to be much more organized.
Well the nurse said my daughter scripts will be ready time we got discharged and they wasn't we had to wait another 45 min or so wait for 2 scripts.
