I have been here for 2 days with my son who need an ICU bed and we are currently in the ER. I was told by one of his docs there are sicker kids than him.... no seems to know when my son will be moved out of the ER to the ICU...

they are highly qualified with children & the Doctors, nurses & staff there treat you like you should be treated . they are also on top of every child & inform parent of everything they do. I love this hospital ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Came in at 1AM, didn’t get seen until 6AM and 7:48AM still waiting for discharge papers for a 10 minute visit and information I could have just googled. No bedside manner, no one knows anything, kids sick in the hallways, HIPPA violations all over the place. I’m never coming back here
Thanks to the staff at the Montifiore Children’s Hospital for being so good to my son. I didn’t wait any time, they explained everything and the custodian was especially great when my son threw water on the bed, he cleaned it up right away. Wow awesome. My baby isn’t entirely out of the woods but he’ll be fine in week or less. Praise be to God for your absolute goodness and mercy to a panicky mom.
thats the first time I've ever went to a er and finished within 2 hours..
My son has been a patient of Dr. Goodrich for the last 15 years , every time I go to his office the attention is amazing . Today I went to the 4th floor for pre-op labs as well and the Spanish lady there is a sweetheart . I love the hospital and the service is always super �
