Very disappointed with our experience at Kingwood Children’s Emergency Pediatrician. We waited over 2 hours just to get seen and for my child to even receive her wristband. After all that waiting, we were still left waiting for the doctor to come speak with us, and nobody ever showed up. What made it even more frustrating was seeing multiple staff members standing around talking while we kept being told, “we’ll be right with you.” Their conversations clearly were not work-related while parents and sick children were left wai... read more
