I can't wait to share the details on the reason for 1 star. But will wait. However, for now.....just go somewhere else. Unless you want your child to get sicker and sicker, all while paying thousands of dollars for them to say "He'll be fine, it's just a cold"....and God forbid they test him for anything. But hey, bright side is....they lied and said he can't have meds after forgetting that they have already treated him before by GIVING MEDS! Terrible. I've tried to get Dr. Decker since Dr. Drez left. I've waited over 3 years and still nothing. I asked if I could get on a waiting list and they don't do that. I tried to get other doctors and I'm told the same thing, they aren't seeing new parents. Now I'm forced to see a doctor for shots after 2 years. They have refuse a shots only appointment since we don't have a PCP there now. They have no problem with sick visits with any doctor though. All about the money and could careless about patients.
We absolutely LOVE Nurse Practitioner Beth Savoie! My kids have been seeing her since they were babies, and she’s truly one of a kind. She always remembers them by name and never treats us like just another appointment. One of the things I appreciate most is how she talks directly to the kids at their level—she makes them feel like the patient, not just a tag-along to mom or dad. Love this place. They are amazing with the kids.
Dr. Wallace has treated my family (all 7 of us Meaux kids). He always has a warm voice, a smile on his face & I don’t think any of us have seen him have a bad day. Bless his patience & big heart with all the screaming kids. He’s the real MVP!🩷🩷🩷
