I just got off of the phone, yet again, with your unprofessional front desk staff. I’m trying to inquire about switching my children from CMC, and I understand being short staffed, or coworkers being out to lunch. But each call should be treated the same, no need to be crass and short, have an attitude, or get smart when someone is trying to get information or express their level of dissatisfaction with the given customer service. She is the reason why I cancelled the first time.
Dr. Noonan is absolutely amazing!! She has been with my kids for a long time and I trust her completely. To give you a small look into why we know she is the best: I have a daughter who has severe asthma. Dr. Noonan put her on a daily medicine regimen for her asthma and then referred her to her specialist for a checkup. Her specialist reviewed the medicines and said he would not change one thing Dr. Noonan had done. I highly recommend Dr Noonan as she takes wonderful care of my son, he has Alpha Gal and is constantly challenging us with making sure all meds are safe and she keeps him healthy and allergy free❤️ she always listens to our concerns and explains everything so well❤️
I highly recommend Dr. Noonan. I have two grand babies that she is their pediatrician for. I love the care she gives them. I have no worries after She sees them. I would no take them anywhere else. she's defintely the best in or around here in Martinsville and Henry County!

Dr Noonan Has taken great care of my Daughters and i highly recommend her and her staff! She works great with kids and parents alike!
