For 3 years my kids didn't have any health issues and it was a good place. Lately one of them got a little problem and so I decided to look for help elsewhere. I found it extremely uncomfortable to use the portal, understanding and paying bills, communications, patient info, visit summary, etc...
They are Great once your able to get someone on the phone, they don’t answer any time nor return phone calls if they do it’s late. A lil problem but makes a huge impact.
The nurses and the pediatrician we saw were all nice people which is why I’m giving them 2 stars. However, I will be switching to another practice due to the fact that Children’s First does not respond back to you if you call the emergency nurses line. My 8 month old was throwing up all day and would not keep anything down including liquids. We called the nurses line 3 times that day including the appointment line on a Monday and both went to voicemail. We left messages on both lines and did not receive a call back until the... read more
I love the care they have with baby girl Camila. After coming out as a preemie after a traumatic event I just wanted my baby to be somewhere where I felt at ease. They have made accommodations and I love it here I am glad my case manager was able to direct me to the right direction. Dr. Lysk is amazing with Camila. She answers our questions with such depth it makes me a happy first time mom! Ms Imani is very sweet and engages with baby girl. I am a happy mom.
