I think Dr Whelan is a great Doctor. He is very smart, respectful and very caring with the kids. Unfortunately, I don’t have the same expectations from a Nurse Beatriz Martinez She was very rude to my baby and the last visit was really stressful. I wouldn’t trust that Nurse ever again. So, because of her and because, she was defended for the manager who is her friend they didn’t do anything about my case. Dr. Leonard is the best pediatrician!! He’s educated, personable, and really cares.
Very horrible customer service. I called for over 2 weeks trying to get a bill paid the billing department would not call me back. the main office took my name and number many times and I left voice-mail but then was told I was basically lying about it all. Main office has no true knowledge of what they take for payment forms but I would have totally been held responsible if this bill was not paid on time. Will be looking for a new doctor once my new baby is born come Jan very rude
