Terrible scheduling, front staff & follow ups. I gave them 2 stars because they came in clutch a few years ago for some paperwork I needed. Other than that it’s terrible. They’ll schedule an appointment & will reschedule multiple times. What makes it worse is they’ll wait until the day before to call you. Mind you I have to take time off work to make the appointment. Front desk is SO RUDE. I don’t even want my son coming to this office.
My son was a patient here and when I say the worst experience ever,the staff was rude they never answer the phone . They need to close down

My girls have been going here for about 7 years and it was great initially. I’m not sure what transpired within the past 2 years or so but, we have decided to switch providers due to the lack of professionalism and urgency.
