I had a wonderful experience with the service department (Carl, Nicole and Kim) and the parts department (Alan) on Friday, January 17th. The service team addressed all my vehicle needs in a timely manner. I had a pleasant surprise when the service team (Nicole and young gentleman) along with Alan (parts department) installed my recently purchased floor and bed mats.....the installation was not expected, they just did it! I very much appreciated them going above and beyond what was expected. Thank you very much!
The folks are friendly and the service is good. I'm just curious if $283.63 is a fair price to have a battery installed in a 2004 Canyon P/U? Quality is expensive but this seems a bit much. Maybe this is a special price for an old "skin-flint" like me.
