I request speak theraphy about 8 Months ago for my 4 years old who dosn't speak at all and today 8 months after they are saying there is not referral sent so I just been waiting and trusting people that suppost to be helping us , this is not profetional at all they just never worked or do any referral for my son . We have been see her for 8 years with no issues to show up today after they rescheduled us on their own to be turned away after traveling the 35 min because we were a no show yesterday for an appt they rescheduled for today! Highly highly frustrated right now as I took work off to get my daughter seen. We love our doctor but it seems there appt system needs some serious work! I feel that we should have been able to be seen today seeing as how we did what we were supposed to!!!
We have been using this clinic for over 3 years and I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. They are always kind and patient with our toddler and offer tips if needed with no judgement. We only have the 2 kids, but if we had more there is no doubt this is where they would go for their medical needs.
Clinic refuses patients based on vaccination status. Not enough profit in unvaccinated patients for this clinic I suppose 🤷🏻♂️
