Very rude, I am extremely ill and I was a bit late and they denied my baby after my kids have been here for 4 years. I have no clue how they took care of other patients in less than 10 min. I am switching my kids out of this clinic. However all the people that are full American got seen right way and the lady with the lip piercing looks very unprofessional and rude. Also it’s not clean at all walls drawn all over the walls, and dirt all around the front desk!
I called today to get an appointment for my daughter as she’s had a fever and now a severe cough, the receptionist refused notifying me since she was seen in urgent care she needed to be triaged, and I responded “she’s still having active symptoms this isn’t just a follow up” - I was then transferred to a supervisor who was rude and didn’t care to schedule my child an appt, said I had to be triaged. My newborn appointments were being canceled. I showed up to 3 visits. When I went in to check in they said they were canceled and no appointments were available. When I’d receive a text to confirm my appointment I’d always confirm it. My fourth visiting my baby was finally seen and I mentioned it to the doctor and she said that time slot was not filled.its very inconvenient to keep driving to visit that are canceled especially when you have toddlers.
