TJ is a great provider but the office itself is so unorganized and unprofessional. I got multiple reminders fort twins’ appointment today. I took time off work and brought the twins by myself to the office. When I was trying to check in the receptionist was extremely rude telling me I didn’t have an appointment. When I mentioned all the reminders and the ability to see the appointment in their patient portal, she repeatedly told me I am “mistaking it” and even insinuated that I completely made it up. Been talking my daughter here for 17 years. Never had a terrible experience. Dr. Farah has bed absolutely awesome. Super sad she's cutting back her hours. The staff is friendly. A playful environment. Great place for little ones that may be scared of traditional Doctors offices.
Just moved from Texas and was trying to find a pediatric office for my child to continue her medicine. Unfortunately, they were too worried about setting up an online portal then to see a sick child. They actually told me that they would rather spend the time trying to figure out how to do this online portal then to see a child that has been coughing for a couple of days. They actually said it phrased it to me saying yes to keep your child sick until you have to do this online portal of her picture for her. What is it called... read more
