Amazing class!! Super comprehensive. The facilitators were very attentive and provided a lot of important information to prepare you for this new stage.
What I liked most about Childbirth Concierge is the feeling of continued care you get. I got multiple services from them: birth doula, postpartum doula and lactation consultant. They all knew my case and seemed to communicate between each other, making me feel like I had a safety net. Communication with the admin support was quick when I needed it too. The class was informative, supportive, and reassuring—covering everything from labor techniques and pain management to partner support and what to expect after birth. Kathy provided amazing lactation support for myself and my daughter just 6 days postpartum and it was THE BEST thing we did for our family. I needed help so badly and she felt like my fairy godmother. The in-home visit was great, so comfortable and she taught me so many helpful things about breastfeeding and my newborn. We had her for a follow-up visit following my baby’s tongue tie correction and for 6+ weeks I’ve been able to reach out for help when I need it.
