My son seen Dr.Kaffy for many years as a child.I phoned to book in or see if he could fill out a quick form if I dropped it off needed for taxes.He refused even after I offered to pay a fee if needed as our family doctor left the area and dr.Kaffy is the only dr that can attest to my sons condition.I was told “if they do it for one they have to do it for all”.Umm who cares if you have to do it for all it takes five minutes,and normally is with a fee so I’m not sure what the problem is.Absolutely terrible!!I guess we will hav... read more

They seemed like they wanted to help until they didn't. I called for a prescription renewal and after 2 days got a call from the pharmacy saying Dr. Was no longer working with My child and I would need to go to a walk in or family doctor to renew Add to the fact they prescribe medications meant for occasional use as an everyday solution.

We had an appointment for our son with Nicole… I left feeling extremely invalided and stupid for even opening up about what our family is going through. She seemed to have very little compassion, and overall very monotone. When you work with families especially surrounding the topical of mental health, you need to be more inviting, and provide a safe and “warm” environment. What a waste of time…
