They are rude and try to rush so that they can hang up on you. They always say you have to wait for a 30 to 90 period for anything but then when you call back they bust out with something different. Taxes haven't been taken away from my ex and its on red flag with irs. So much amount gets sent to back medicaid and current medicaid but where is the rest. I regret having to deal with the child support office but at least I get something.
I called thinking it was the child support office and the woman that answered the phone sounded friendly. When I asked her if this was the child support office her tone changed and she says "Do you have a pin or do I have to wait?" I thought I misunderstood her and said "excuse me?" She says rudely "get a pen and paper so I can give you the number!" "This is a lawyers office!" I hope they do not treat their clients this way. Thank you.
