For the last 3 days I've been trying to get this office to call me back. I need a Heath plan for my granddaughter to start school. Left a message each day... Nothing. You'll never get to see the doctor just an ARPN, if your child isn't deemed sick enough to see the doc. Sick enough? Please! I make the appointment with the doc but when I ask why we NEVER get to see him, "he only sees sick kids." Well damn... She has epilepsy and seizures, that's not enough for his attention? The Receptionist and Nurses Were Very Polite, Dr.Remfroe's An Intelligent Neurologist That Seem Very In Tuned With My Son's Health. The Facility Was Clean And The Wait Time In The Lobby Was Less Than 5 minutes! My Family's Overall Visit Was Wonderful!!
Excellent experience seeing Dr. Renfroe yesterday! He brings in his dog for the appointment who is very sweet. My son had an EEG and got results the same day. We are hopeful the medication will help him soon�
We've been waiting a hair shy of 2 months for my 5 year olds 48 hour eeg results. Even with her doctors and I both calling to inquire. Trying to call and actually talk to someone besides a machine is a challenge in its own. Other than the length of time it's taken to get results though, everyone we've dealt with so far have all been phenomenonal
They are the best children Neurology that my son has ever been to I will drive 500 miles if I had to. We love Dr. Winchester and could not ask for a better doctor!!!
