Very caring & truly concerned about my child's health & safety. They don't try to rush you in & out, they take the time to listen to you!!! With that said you can't get to upset when their schedules run late because they care for all their kids :)
The staff here are amazing & we absolutely love Dr. Renfroe. We spent 2 1/2 years trying to find out what was wrong with my son, doctor after doctor, and he was he only one who took the time & effort to really figure it out & order what tests was needed. Dr. Renfroe definitely made this process easier. I highly recommend CNC to anyone!

Been waiting for appointments for months, finally got scheduled. Cancelled our first appointment due to hurricane Irma. No problem. Waited a few more weeks for our first visit. No problem. Then today. The scheduling woman was highly unprofessional. Said they couldn't see my daughter, who's had over 11 ER visits since may, until March 2018. Now I can understand there being a long wait, I won't be unfair to them there.
