I have been calling for a week, left voicemails, and no one answers the phone, nor calls me back. Their voicemail states that calls will be returned within 24-48 hours but that is not true. My child is a 1 year old patient that has been seen at this office. I have been forced to drive 40 minutes each way to go to the office in person in order for them to respond or give me any information regarding my child's care or appointments or paperwork.
