Front desk is cool, the Dr seemed irritated when he asked if my son was developing normally.. I said yes but quickly corrected myself and mentioned he’s on the spectrum.( all paperwork said this) and I’d been up 24 hrs prior due to my son being sick and having a seizure due to fever we couldn’t break.. he got really snappy and irritated saying “ I thought you said he was developing normally “ like geeze.. 🚩 Then the over night stay for EEG, facility was kinda dirty, ants where all over my belongings in the room, furniture w... read more

As a parent, I am beyond frustrated with the lack of urgency and professionalism from this office. My child has been waiting for over a month for critical documentation needed to proceed with the next steps in neurological care and services, and despite repeated calls and promises from the doctor that the paperwork would be sent, we are still waiting. This is not just an inconvenience, these delays directly impact a child’s ability to access evaluations, therapies, approvals, and medically necessary care in a timely manner. ... read more

I have been sitting in the exam room for 2hrs with my daughter still waiting. Turns out the doctor didn't show up the office until an hour after my appointment was supposed to start.
