One of the worst mental health offices I've unfortunately worked with. The counselor Chrissy and Mrs Moses in the office are great but he prepared for things to fall through the cracks if you're dealing with anyone else. If our zoom links aren't being forgotten to be sent out it's the doctor just not showing up. That was the case today.This has happened at least 3 or 4 times now. It really failed my child. The years of therapy was ineffective just under Medicaid. Very undermedicated for a condition, she had a legitimate diagnosis for. My concerns were dismissed. I was gasolit and then I turned out to be exactly right and I was advised against then if steps could have helped tremendously and prevented more harm. I am very frustrated with this center. I was referred here and the therapist set up all her appointments with me and I attended every one of them. When my child was referred to medical, I never heard from therapy side again. My daughter actually mentioned how much she missed her therapist. I had medical appointments that put me out 3 months for a medical check and when I went to make that appointment is when I was told I was discharged from therapy. NO follow-up, NO voicemails, NO checking in to see why she wasn't coming to ... read more
