Very disappointed with how this was handled. I brought my son in Friday night because he was sick, and he tested positive for Gr strep on a culture that was sent off. We did not get the culture results until late Saturday night. He got one dose in about midnight. By Monday, he was worse, with increased throat and tongue pain, hoarseness, cough, and now pain in both ears. 1 star — Extremely disappointing There is honestly no point in making an appointment here because you are going to wait over an hour anyway. This has happened every time I’ve been here. If appointments don’t actually mean anything, there’s really no reason to offer them. The cleanliness of the exam rooms is also extremely concerning. There was no paper on the exam table. It was crumpled-up paper literally on the floor. A trash can without a lid with used tongue depressors and other medical items left in there. This is an urg... read more
My son unexpectedly fell while at the shopping center and hit his head- a large goose egg formed immediately. Went straight to this urgent care. All of the ladies, from the front staff to doctors were amazing, saw him right away. Thank you so much for your care!
