Completely turned off and we didn't even get to the scheduled appointment. People answering the phones are the front lines of the Dr.'s office and need to be kind, patient, helpful and caring! As a parent I needed assistance for our minor child and to see a Dr. The person answering the phone was rude, impatient and unwilling to explain the process and got annoyed with my general questions, certain time frames with appointments that didn't work for our schedule, etc. My advice to this office is work with your employees answer... read more
