Severely overpriced, completely inscrutable process for requesting refills, and the most inattentive staff I've ever encountered.
The ladies who answer the phone should no longer be allowed to speak with people
They charge far more than most private practices so make sure you shop around if you're small business owner who pays for your own health insurance. They charge $900 for a telephone visit with a Psychiatrist and $550+ per hour for therapy. If you already shell out $1,700 a month for insurance plus have a 6k deductible it gets pricey. The only positive to that is it chips away at your deductible pretty quickly and then prices get a bit better when insurance kicks in.
