The therapist my daughter was seeing did not listen to what I had to say. I wanted to get her checked out for autism and adhd and told me that “ no she didn’t see it” then the next time she had an appointment it was with my husband and me. He told her all the signs and then she gave us a pamphlet and said these are the people to call to get her checked out for autism. I felt like I wasn’t important at all in my daughter’s sessions. It was always like this everytime I would go to her sessions. I wouldn’t be heard.
