too long to make an appointment. they will give you a date to call back just to make the appointment and will strictly warn you not to miss calling that day otherwise your child will be removed from the waitlist. worse part is no one picks up the phone on the said date and now worried nothing will happen to all this wait. updated review: I was able to successfully made an appointment.
