My experience here was more than less than stellar. As a mom with other branches of Children's indicating this office could assist- but this office advising they could not assist because we were not following Their process...it shouldn't take 6 months to get an appointment to consult on how to make an appointment- when other areas of the same company are telling you to make an appointment. This office was curt, and unapologetically unhelpful for months.
**VERY LONG BUT, VERY INFORMATIVE!** I have been engaging with Nationwide Children's Hospital and facilities for a few years now for my 2 sons, overall I love the services/experience we've had with NCH, minus just a few specific drs/locations. My experience with this particular clinic was actually almost 2 years ago, but i want to make sure other parents know our experience as I have learned its so hard fighting for my autistic children, and I've come to rely on other parents feedback when searching for a provider/service.. ... read more
My son had his very first appointment on Monday 01/15/2024 with Alexandra Reed and two other wonderful women! Our three in a half hour appointment went by really fast and went very well. My son loved the women that were testing him and so far they seem very nice and patient with both of us! Alexandra Reed did not rush us out of the office and kept asking me if I had any questions!
