Very disappointed in their supervised visitation. I was very clear about the importance of having a licensed supervisor for visitation when I called to interview prior to agreeing to use them for this in my divorce case due to my daughter being special needs, child abuse, and DV. I just found out (in court) that the supervisor has no degrees or licensing. She also has refused to give me any records but gave the father all of them (when he has restricted parenting). Giving this three rating because all my needs were not getting met. I don’t have life skills no more when that was going on I was actually getting somewhere with my career. Child adult community services I agree, but I feel like anymore case managers, more resources to help in individuals that are un low income, especially when you’re struggling with certain bills and you have no work to serve, but the staff is great. I would like to take the time to express my sincere appreciation for my case manager, Jaclyn. She has been absolutely amazing and has worked extremely hard to help me with everything I have needed. She has been consistently supportive and attentive with every request I have asked of her. Jaclyn is always there when I need assistance. Luego me enfoque en solo recibir servicios de TMC, Elizabeth fue mi case manager por algunos meses. En realidad no fue de mucha ayuda y luego se fue. Después entró Jaclyn. No me puedo quejar de ella.
