I was treated disrespectfully by two female staff members. I was taken to horizon in September (by my mom). I had also just gotten off work at 7:00am after a twelve hour shift, (I’m a nurse). My mom first took me to Bedford ED. I was assessed and discharged by a medical doctor within an hour. He recommended horizon, as I did not have health insurance.
