Prescribed my 6 year old controlled substances without informing either of the childs parents. It was PA Empenos second time meeting my child and no other resources for lessening ADHD symptoms were given before jumping straight to government sanctioned Meth. Disgusting. Not sure how these people have licenses to treat children.
This office is absolutely ridiculous. They take 3-4 days to check a voicemail left for a doctor or nurse. They take all day to check messages. They send in medications without prior authorizations. Which take them another 2-4 business days to do. At what point are you guys going to get it together? You're withholding treatment. It literally doesn't matter how many patients you see, that is a horrible excuse. There are other doctor offices that see more patients and will do all of the above within a few hours of calling them.... read more
Receptionist was rude and hanged up on me. When I called basically told me my son can't be seen due to his age. His doctor place a request since July.
This place will make you wait up to a half a year or more. They don’t care.
Dr Northam is an excellent doctor but the nurses here are sorry. My son has been waiting on medication since May 21st and I am going to file a formal complaint. I spoke with the nurse coordinator about an insurance mix up. I called her back and left 2 messages and she still hasn't contacted me back from a month ago. 1st is was a nurse quit then the nurse he has now never understands anything you address. Horrible
