Dr Northam is an excellent doctor but the nurses here are sorry. My son has been waiting on medication since May 21st and I am going to file a formal complaint. I spoke with the nurse coordinator about an insurance mix up. I called her back and left 2 messages and she still hasn't contacted me back from a month ago. 1st is was a nurse quit then the nurse he has now never understands anything you address. Horrible
They make it extremely difficult to get a hold of a nurse and fix an issue, I have been trying to call and fix an issue is dmv forms and they get sending me to voicemail, the doctors there are nice and helpful when you get in but when you need to get in or set up an appointment they make it difficult
I have not seen a provider like Dr. Ryan Williams in years! His level of care be bedside manner is phenomenal. He explained everything to my teen on her level. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a adolescent neurology consult.
