I recently called this office to inquire about making an appointment for my son, but I was informed that they do not accept patients from outside Massachusetts. However, after searching online, I couldn’t find any written policy stating this restriction. The representative on the phone also told me that my son couldn’t be accepted as a patient because we live three hours away, I think she was not familiar with where this place actually is even though I explained that from Kittery, the drive is only an hour and or so. The entire staff is amazing! From the very first visit, we felt welcomed and cared for. The doctors and nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate! Appointments are easy to schedule with Joanie - wait times are VERY minimal, and the office is always inviting. Can’t say enough great things about this place.
I have to keep details out of this review to protect the privacy of a family member but I cannot say enough about Dr. Trier and Heather Henderson in this office. Our lives have changed for the better since this team became a part of our family. We adore them both and cannot thank them enough for what they've done/continue to do for us. They are wonderful human beings and exceptional providers and I will be thankful for them for the rest of my life.
The doctors, nurses and staff at CAHS have been there for my kids over the years. They’ve squeezed us in for same day double sick visits, seen us on weekends and Dr. Martin recently went above and beyond to save us a trip to urgent care after hours. My children love all of the doctors and nurses and are comfortable regardless of who we happen to see. Thank you Dr. Healey, Dr. Trier and Dr. Martin & the entire team for all that you do!
We have been with Child and Adolescent Health for 18 years and can not say enough about the care and compassion they give, from the doctors all the way to the office staff. They take the time to listen and really care for our children. Highly recommend them!!!
